Se invit\u00f3 a un encuentro transdisciplinar de 60 participantes para intercambiar conocimientos y desarrollar estrategias eficaces para implementar los Derechos de la Naturaleza como mecanismo legal para proteger la diversidad biol\u00f3gica. El grupo tuvo la oportunidad de iniciar las conversaciones en un entorno informal. <\/span><\/span><span class=\"TextRun SCXW54373191 BCX0\" lang=\"EN-GB\" data-contrast=\"auto\"><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW54373191 BCX0\">Al d\u00eda siguiente, el foro cont\u00f3 con cuatro paneles con representantes de \u00e1mbitos jur\u00eddicos, ecol\u00f3gicos, culturales, <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW54373191 BCX0\">paraecol\u00f3gicos<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW54373191 BCX0\">\/paralegales que compartieron sus conocimientos con sensibilidad. El viernes <\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW54373191 BCX0\">15 de junio<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW54373191 BCX0\">, los participantes trabajaron en grupos para abordar temas complejos que inclu\u00edan la protecci\u00f3n proactiva de zonas de alta biodiversidad mediante legislaci\u00f3n de Derechos de la Naturaleza; los retos para proteger a los defensores ambientales; y el \u201c\u00bfy ahora qu\u00e9?\u201d para casos legales en los que se ha fallado contra la miner\u00eda, pero que siguen planteando desaf\u00edos de subsistencia para las comunidades locales. class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW54373191 BCX0\"> pruebas convincentes ante los tribunales para definir la estructura y la funci\u00f3n de un ecosistema y medir los impactos de la actividad humana en los procesos evolutivos.
